That all important water!

Hwange is an ecosystem acutely dependent on water and not just for its abundant mega fauna.
This season is already dry I feel and it was with that in mind that I sat at the main camp birdbath ready to snap away at any thirsty birds.
A pair of White-bellied sunbirds were first to appear and so to catch the droplets in the air I wound up my ISO to 1000, my shutter speed on an F-stop of 8 (best I think to get sufficient depth of field for active birds) was about 1/3000th sec.
Here are the results!!
