Cuckoo Hawk in Hwange

Yesterday I spotted a small raptor in a dead tree as I drove underneath it and slammed on anchors!
I noticed the broad barring on the chest and was pleased to see and photograph a new species me in Hwange.....the Cuckoo Hawk.

The books say they mainly feed on Chamelions and often "green insects"....but one has to wonder if their similarity to the African Cuckoo has an evolutionary purpose.
